PPKY is a not-for-profit organization that operates health centers through receipt of Title X Funds, private donations, patient payments, and insurance reimbursements.  PPKY serves 78 counties throughout the Commonwealth including Metro Louisville and Lexington.  PPKY is an affiliate of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA), the nation's leading sexual and reproductive health care advocate and provider.  PPFA, headquartered in New York, is the umbrella organization for 103 local affiliates, providing leadership at the national level for reproductive health care issues.
